One Willow Bridge Road is a luxury private residence club located in Vail Village offering 22 new two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, available for whole or fractional ownership. Resort management services will be provided by the world- famous Sonnenalp Resort of Vail. Amenities include concierge and valet service, underground heated parking, on-mountain ski lockers and access to all guest services at Sonnenalp. New retail space is also planned as part of the development.

The Vail Plaza Hotel & Club is being constructed on the former site of the Vail Village Inn. The development includes a new 5-star hotel plus fractional fee for-sale residences. Two on-site restaurants, a bar, meeting and conference space and a full-service spa and fitness center are also planned.

Streetscape at Bridge & Gore
The Village Streetscape Project at Bridge & Gore includes new snowmelt, pavers, water features and more on Bridge Street, Gore Creek Drive, Wall Street and Hanson Ranch Road. The publicly-funded project has been phased to occur during the spring and fall over three years, to minimize the impacts to businesses and visitors during the busy summer and winter seasons.
Streetscape at Meadow Drive
The Village Streetscape Project at Meadow Drive includes much-needed utility work to help support the new development occurring in the area. Water and sewer lines, telephone lines and other utilities are being upgraded from Vail Road to Village Center Road. Streetscape finishes are anticipated in 2006, to coincide with schedules for Sonnenalp, One Willow Bridge Road and Crossroads.

The Solaris redevelopment project will replace structures built in the 1970's with a new building containing 75 residential condominiums, 60,000 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant space, a new half-acre public plaza with winter ice skating and summer "pop-jet" interactive fountain, underground parking, three high-end stadium seating movie theaters and a 10-lane bowling alley/arcade/sports bar. The project also features extensive streetscape improvements in all adjoining public streets and $1.1 million in public art improvements.

Vail's Front Door. Part of Vail Resorts' "Vail's New Dawn" initiative, Vail's Front Door is currently designed to include: The Lodge at Vail Chalets, 13 ski-in/ski-out residences; a new 11,000 square foot spa for The Lodge at Vail; the Vail Alpine Club, serving approximately 500 club members and their families; and new skier services facilities at the base of the Vista Bahn chairlift.

The Four Seasons Resort Vail will be located at the Main Vail Roundabout on the former site of the Vail Amoco and Chateau Vail, and will set a new standard for living in Vail Village. Operated by the world's leader in resort luxury, the property will include a hotel, private residences, fractional club residences and employee housing. Guests will have access to amenities such as a full-service spa, ski concierge, fitness center, restaurant and an apres ski bar. Also included will be retail shops, conference facilities and underground parking.
