 Paul S. Smith has embraced the Vail Valley lifestyle for over 25 years. Originally from the East Coast, Paul graduated Stockton State College in NJ with a BS in environmental science. Years to follow were in the construction industry of which he founded his own company. With success as an entrepreneur he combines his knowledge of home building and development with his real estate experience. Additionally, Paul's ongoing association with the ski industry and Vail Resorts has strengthened his appreciation for the business opportunities and livelihood of the Vail Valley and surrounding areas.
Paul was a founding partner of Vail Estates of which after 7 years merged with Forbes Sotheby's International Realty. He specializes in ranch and land properties. His interests include soccer, skiing, water skiing, off-road motorcycle adventures and raising his family of four children with his wife, Theresa W. Smith. A true outdoors man, Paul's clients appreciate his passion for the Rocky Mountains.

 Kristen Beau Howard, born and raised in Vail, offers a unique perspective of the flourishing Vail Valley. After earning degrees in Business and Communication from the University of Colorado, Kristen moved to San Francisco where she played an integral role launching a beverage company before moving back home. She enjoys skiing, golf and hiking with her family who has enjoyed Vail's climate and active outdoor lifestyle for more than 30 years.
